Building the perfect character for you in Assassin’s Creed Unity is just a matter of finding the right balance. If you go for a stealthier build, you’ll want to equip yourself with lighter armor, more agile weapons and a more inconspicuous hood. This will allow you to move quietly through the shadows or slip through crowds unnoticed. Maybe a melee character is more your beat; equipping heavy weapons and armor, as well as spending points toward your health, will turn you into a force to be reckoned with. All of these customizations will then be carried into the game’s co-op. In addition to your single-player skills, you’ll also be able to equip yourself with group perks to benefit your team as a whole. I will start to play Shadow of Mordor on PS4 on September 30.



In Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, you take on the role of Talion, a valiant ranger whose family is slain the night Sauron and his army return to Mordor, moments before his own life is taken. Resurrected by a spirit of vengeance and empowered with Wraith abilities, Talion ventures into Mordor and vows to destroy those who have wronged him. Through the course of Talion's personal vendetta, you will uncover the truth of the spirit that compels you, learn the origins of the Rings of Power and ultimately confront your true nemesis. Shadow of Mordor will be released on 30 September 2014.



Mordor is the region of Middle-earth in which Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor takes place. It is the home kingdom of Sauron, situated in southeastern Middle-earth and east of Gondor, Ithilien and the great river. Mordor was chosen to be Sauron's fortress because of the mountain ranges surrounding it on three sides, creating a natural fortress against his enemies. Much of the land was a volcanic waste due to the activity of Mount Doom, but some could be cultivated and the Dark Lord's slaves raised food for his armies here as well.



Mordor is protected by three mountain ranges on all sides. The Ash Mountains lie in the north and the Mountains of Shadow in the west and south. The only viable large entryway into Mordor lies in the north-west corner of Mordor: the deep valley of Udûn protected by the Black Gate of Mordor. Sauron's Dark Tower, the fortress of Barad-dûr, was located at the foothill of the Ash Mountains.

OK, they have convinced me to buy Assassin’s Creed Season Pass again :) Mostly I am interested in Assassin’s Creed Chronicles China, even it's just 2.5D game. I guess they will also release for mobile tablets. I have played Prince of Persia on iPad - looks like they use the same game engine.

This demo introduces a Heist Mission in the underground passages of the Hôtel-Dieu, Paris oldest hospital. In this type of coop missions, you’ll have to stealthily infiltrate a heavily guarded location, get to the treasure and steal it without ever being seen.



While the Assassin’s Creed Unity co-op Brotherhood missions are all about playing your own way, Heist missions are something different. These highly replayable co-op missions are built for stealth: you’ll have to work with your fellow Assassins to synch your strategies and coordinate your kills in order to remain unseen as you infiltrate, steal and escape without being detected. Check out this gameplay video narrated by Creative Director Alex Amancio for a first look at the heist gameplay – just one of several types of co-op missions.



Every heist mission has randomized factors, including the location of the chest and the position of the guards. That means every time you wade through the sewers in this particular mission, you’ll face a different challenge, requiring you and your friends to remain on your toes. That’s where co-op skills – like the Communal Sense that’s shown off in this video – come in handy. And since every Assassin can be fully customized, different co-op partners will also bring different individual skills to every mission. Just remember: the more you’re detected in a heist mission, the smaller your prize. That means the most skill points, special rewards and cash go to the stealthiest among us – all of which can be used to help you further customize your own Arno.
