Finally I made some cables and now I can record PS4 Party Chat on PS4! On PS4 chat goes to headset, not to main speakers, so it should be recorded separately. So, there is one video file recorded with game sound and another sound-only file recorded by PC with Audacity of 2 channels - PS4 party chat on 1 channel and microphone on another channel. Later should remix all audio tracks into 1 stereo. A little bit complicated, but it works :)
