Assassin's Creed: Rogue is an upcoming Assassin's Creed game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Experience the journey of a Templar, Shay Patrick Cormac, hunting down his former Assassin brothers.



As Shay you’ll hunt those you previously called brothers from the streets of New York City to the frozen and fractured glacial landscapes of the Arctic Circle. Is Shay a traitor, rebel, renegade or something else entirely? Only one thing is certain, he follows his own creed.



 Play as Shay, an Assassin who finds himself at a crossroads and ultimately turns his back on The Brotherhood in order to hunt them down. Assassin’s Creed Rogue will be available exclusively on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 November 11th.



• Play as an all-new type of Assassin in the throes of a dark transformation from an adventurous Assassin to a loyal Templar committed to hunting down his former allies in the Assassin’s Brotherhood.

• New weapons such as the deadly air rifle and a variety of ammunition as well as specialized grenades can be used to distract, eliminate, or confuse enemies.

• Use Shay’s enhanced Eagle Vision and locate hidden Assassins to either avoid or eliminate them.

• Sail the icy and perilous seas of the North Atlantic for thrilling naval gameplay including new enemy tactics, exotic new weapons, and an arctic world full of icebergs and other dangers.

• Explore a diverse open world including the city streets of New York City, lush river valleys of the North East, and icy seas of the North Atlantic Ocean.



Rogue will incorporate naval combat in the North Atlantic Ocean, providing the player with a new ship, the Morrigan. Naval combat elements from previous games will be refined and incorporated.



Set in the 18th century during the Seven Years War, Rogue completes the North America saga that began with Assassin’s Creed III and Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag. From loyal Assassin brother to the Templar’s favored hunter, Shay will travel through the arctic North Atlantic Ocean, the Appalachian River Valley and a bustling New York City on his mission to destroy the Assassins.

In addition to the new environments, Shay will have access to some never-before-seen weapons as well as a new ship, The Morrigan, to help him take on threats on the open ocean with the return of naval gameplay.



Arm yourself with Shay’s air rifle and the variety of ammunition available. Whether you’re using specialized bullets or grenades, the gun is excellent for both short- and long-range combat. The Morrigan also comes equipped with a new set of tools to help you take on enemies in the frigid North Atlantic Ocean, including the puckle gun (a machine gun-like weapon) and burning oil, which creates a trail of fire behind your vessel. Be ready to defend your ship, as Assassins will be able to board you.
