Assassin's Creed Unity - the most glitchy mission - Sequence 9 Memory 1 Starving Times.
I stuck in the air twice - not on purpose. Later I throw my target into the boat and he stuck their forever - head into the texture... Not possible to loot - not possible to complete the mission.
