Not all body of Amydgala is vulnerable - don't waste your time to hit legs, the most vulnerable part is head. However Amygdala often keeps her head high and out of reach of your swords, so use swords, axes and hammers to hit her hands and wait for the chance when the head will do down or use cannot for headshots :) Beware of the Laser Show.
