First snow (in history) in Taipei Taiwan 2016



Taiwan is subtropical island and temperature never fell down so low as today. It rare goes lower than +12C in winter, but today is was +2C only. It was snow in Taiwan before but only in really high mountains over 3000 meters. Today 200-500 meters of height was enough for snow.
