Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag Sequence 4 walkthrough - Story Mode and all Tulum collectibles and treasure locations. I like this part, so decided to post it all complete.
Memory 2: Nothing is true. 100% sync: Knock out 3 assassins, loot 4 treasure chests.
Memory 3: The Sage's Buried Secret. Solve the statue puzzle: match the colors of stones to the colors on the stone wheel.
Memory 4: Overrun and Outnumbered. Received a blowpipe and ability to craft Sleep Darts and Berserk Darts. 100% sync: use 8 sleep darts on guards, use 2 berserk darts on guards.
Tulum all Collectibles locations: 7 chests location, 2 viewpoints locations, 5 animus fragments locations, solve 1 Mayan Stelae puzzle to get the Mayan Stone, Treasure Found for Treasure Map 70, 405 (4000 R), Mayan Armor storage is located.

Sleep Dart working well on animals: jaguar, monkey, crocodile. Berserk dart is not a good weapon against animals.
Crafting: Dart Pouch 1 (2 Howler Monkey skin), Berserk Dart 1 (2 Bull Shark skin), Berserk Dart 2 (2 Capuchin Monkey pelt), Sleep Dart 1 (2 Black Jaguar pelt).
Back to Nasau to the General Store to buy some Hunting Goods: Great White Shark Bone and Killer Whale Skin.
Crafting: Dart Pouch 2 (2 Killer Whale Skin) and Sleep Dart 2 (2 Great White Shark Bone).
